About The Rise Code
The Rise Code is a practical framework for people who follow Christ and want to live with greater faith, discipline, purpose and courage. This website, https://therisecode.io, offers digital products and related resources built around that framework.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the website and to anything you download or buy from it. By using the website or buying a product, you agree to them.

Use of the website
You may access and use this website for lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it, interfere with how it works, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a way that harms The Rise Code or other people.

Digital products
The Rise Code offers digital products: guides, trackers and related digital resources. Current products are:
- RISE-21 Free
- The Rise Doctrine $27
- The Rise System $77
Products may be updated, modified or discontinued. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order that has already been completed.

Purchases and payment
Paid products are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges.
Payments are processed through Razorpay, or another payment provider shown at checkout. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
The Rise Code does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details. Those are handled by the payment provider.

Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically, generally by email or by the delivery method stated at the time of purchase. Nothing is shipped physically.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. If your product does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder first, then email hello@therisecode.io.

Intellectual property
All The Rise Code content, products, written materials, designs, branding, graphics, systems, PDFs and trackers are owned by or licensed to The Rise Code unless otherwise stated.
When you buy or download a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use. You may not:
- Resell the product
- Redistribute the product
- Share the files publicly
- Upload the files to file-sharing websites
- Repackage the material for commercial sale
- Claim the material as your own
- Copy substantial portions for commercial use
