We collect only what we need to deliver what you asked for and to support you afterwards. That may include:
- The email address you submit through the RISE-21 free resource form
- The email address you provide when you make a purchase, so your product can be delivered
- Information you choose to give us when you email hello@therisecode.io
- Basic purchase and order information needed to fulfil and support an order
We do not ask for sensitive personal information.

If you submit your email address for RISE-21, you will receive the resource you requested and may receive relevant communications from The Rise Code.

Payments are processed through Razorpay.
The Rise Code does not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers, CVV information or banking credentials. Payment information is handled by the payment provider according to its own policies.

We rely on a small number of outside services to run the website and deliver products:
- Razorpay, for payment processing
- Hostinger, for website and email hosting
- Google services, where used for operational purposes such as storing and delivering digital product files and maintaining lead or order records. Google services are also used to load the fonts on this website
The website also links to Spotify and WhatsApp. If you follow those links, you leave this website and their own policies apply.

Cookies and similar technologies
The Rise Code does not currently use cookies for advertising, analytics, or behavioural tracking. The website may use technically necessary browser functionality required for normal operation.
